On the 17th of January we held focus groups with health professionals and with currently breastfeeding mothers at Pennywell Health Centre.
These focus groups were enormously helpful and we have updated our study design in line with the feedback and suggestions we received.
It was very gratifying to hear such enthusiasm and encouragement for our project from people who have expertise in breastfeeding and in the early stages of parenting.
Thanks to all the participants in our focus groups and also to our team of co-researchers.
We have now completed the consultation process around the study design and we are delighted with the progress our study is making.
